Unity Village is the world headquarters for Unity, a religious, educational organization begun more than 120 years ago by Charles and Myrtle Fillmore. In 1919 Unity purchased 58 acres of rural land near Lee's Summit, MO. Over the years Unity Village has grown to more than 1400 acres. The tower and most of the buildings were completed in 1929 and are on the National Register of Historic Places. Unity Village was incorporated as a municipality in 1953 and maintains its own water system, security and zip code. It also elects its own mayor and town trustees.

These are so lovely! What a beautiful place. Did you try meditating there?
