Fort Worth Stockyards

The  Fort Worth Stockyards  National Historic Distric occupy 125 acres of what was once the largest livestock marketing center in the southwest.  Many of the stockyards' original structures such as Booger Red's Saloon, the Livestock Exchange Building, and Stockyards Hotel remain, housing new businesses.  Visitors can watch a cattle drive demonstration as wranglers on horseback guide a herd down East Exchange Avenue to the stock yards.  Additional pictures from the web.
